ETHERNET INTERFACE CONFIGURATION COMMAND SET

To activate the basic Ethernet Interface Configuration command set, perform the following
steps:

1. Enter the Global Configuration Command Mode using the following command:

TA238#configure

2. Enter the Ethernet Interface Configuration using the following command:

TA238(config)#interface ethernet 0

The following response is displayed:

TA238(config-eth 0)#

The following commands are common to multiple command sets and are covered in a
