Total Access 238 Command Line Interface Guide

line telnet

Purpose

Use the line telnet

command to enter the line configuration command set for the specified

telnet session. See the section

“Line (Telnet) Interface Config Command Set”

on page 71 for

information on the sub-commands found in this command set.

Syntax Description

The line telnet command has no subcommands.

Default Values

By default, the PNS line telnet command parameters are configured as follows:

port: 23

no shutdown (enabled)

Command Modes

The Global Configuration Mode is required for this command.

Usage Examples

Begin the configuration for the Telnet port.

TA238(config)#line telnet

The following response is displayed:
