WARRANTY

WARRANTY
In order to make use of the warranty service, use exclusively Zirkonzahn's tools and spare parts.
From the moment the new P4000 Printer is delivered, Zirkonzahn grants a warranty of 12 months

The warranty for the LCD screen is limited to 3 months.
If the device is passed on to third parties, the warranty obligation is recognised only if the passing
on occurs within the set warranty period of 12 months.
WARRANTY CLAIM
For warranty claims, the customer must prove the date of purchase (i.e. copy of invoice).
The warranty includes, solely at Zirkonzahn's discretion, the free replacement of the entire
device or of the part recognised as defective by Zirkonzahn (material or production defect).
LOSS OF WARRANTY
The loss of the warranty claim occurs in the following cases:
- Poor maintenance.
- Not proper, non-intended use.

- Use of materials and tools that have not been produced or authorised by Zirkonzahn.
- Use of non-original spare parts.
