Check the surface roughness with your fi ngertips. Repeat the steps till the surface is rough enough.
Remove the building plate from the P4000 Printer
with caution (if it drops, it might damage the LCD). Pay attention to hold the building plate in such a
way to avoid pressure on the fi xed screws.
Hold the plate horizontally. Using the 80-grit sand-
paper, roughen the plate moving towards the left. Rotate the plate and roughen it moving towards
the left.
ROUGHENING THE BUILDING PLATE
If the surface of the building plate is too smooth, the 3D model might not adhere to the plate and
fall into the resin vat. In this case, it is necessary to roughen the surface of the building plate.
ATTENTION: The plate surface must be roughened in order to avoid poor printing results: if the
surface is too smooth, the printed model will not adhere to the building plate.
LCD REPLACEMENT
Replacement can be carried out by the user without the supervision of Zirkonzahn.
