PROCEDURE IN THE EVENT OF FAULTS
Possible faults and troubleshooting are:
The P4000 Printer is hanging during booting
- Re-insert the SD card and restart the system.

The P4000 Printer is not responding
- Check power supply and restore it if necessary.
- Check whether the ON/OFF switch is activated and deactivate it, if necessary.
- Restart the device.
The printing process does not start
- Restart the device.
- If the process does not start after restarting, contact Zirkonzahn Support.
The printing process is interrupted
- If the printing process is interrupted due to power outage, restart the printing process through

The model does not stick to the building plate
- Calibrate Z-axis or increase the curing time for the bottom layer of the model.
- Roughen the building plate surface by following the instructions.
The model falls down in the vat but supports/base sticks to the building plate
- Check whether the curing time is set in the proper range.
- Check whether the support density or tip diameter should be increased.
Something is missing on the final print
- Check whether the curing time is set in the proper range.
- Check whether there are resin reamains between the resin vat and the LCD.
- Check whether there are any dead pixels.
