ZIRKONZAHN – P4000 PRINTER OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL – VERSION: 20/09/2022

CLEANING THE Z-AXIS

After a period of inactivity, dust clog might cause visible layer lines on the printed objects
during processing.

Dry-cleaning

Make sure that the building plate on the Z-axis
reached the top completely.

If it has not, select Z-AXIS, then set the number
showed on the touch panel to 10 mm.

Press on 10 mm several times to lift the Z-axis.

Use paper towels to dry-clean the Z-axis. Spray
some sanitising alcohol if necessary.

Open the printer door.

Remove the resin vat and the building plate.
