MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING

ZIRKONZAHN – P4000 PRINTER OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL – VERSION: 20/09/2022

Check if the LCD blackens

During the printing process the display always has to block out some UV light to disable the resin
polimerisation.

Select LCD TEST on the touch panel.

The LED has to turn on under the LCD display, but
the LCD does not have to light up.

Select "Blackened LCD Screen".

If the LCD display blocks out the UV light entirely,
the test is completed successfully.
