Cooling Circuit

Road Compressor Replacement

(a)

Disconnect unit from all electrical supplies
(Electrical main and Battery).

(b)

Open unit cover door.

(c)

Remove bottom cover.

(d)

Shut off both compressors oil line and road
suction and discharge

CAUTION

Shut off both com- pressors1 oil line

valves, avoiding oil dripping.

WARNING

Recover compressor residual pressure

by a service port.

(e)

Disconnect valve flanges from road compressor.

(f)

Remove compressor

base

bolts.

CAUTION

Do not unscrew or remove

compressor support bolts.
