Running logic
This chapter is to expose unit logic into each different operative phase according relative parameters.
Road Mode
This section is to describe road mode operation logics, which for un0o range are always involving diesel engine.
Starting Sequence
un0° is not equipped with any RPM-meter, thus
nga
,
ngf
and
ngd
must be set-up to 0 or wrong false start alarms should
occur. Diesel engine state in un0° range is evaluated by alternator tension only, which should be above
VAM
parameter,
after a
tPA
parameter seconds from starter powering, to consider engine running.
1 ON Signal
1-2 Glow-plug pre-heating.
2-3 Starter.
3 Alternator has not reached VAM
tension, thus unit engine is not
started.
3-1’ Waiting time between two
starting at- tempts.
3’ Alternator tension is above
VAM
value, thus unit engine is started.
3’-4’ Glow-Plug cleaning time.
3’-5’ Condenser fan delay after start.
3’-6’ Delay time between engine start
and temperature regulation
phase.
