Access from unit cover door.

Open all unit valves (shut-off and solenoid ones).

Connect refrigeration mani- fold
to
LP
and
HPL
.
CAUTION
!
More connection
points should reduce vacuum time
and increase vacuum quality.

Recover refrigerant.
RECYCLABLE Waste according local
dispositions.
(e)
Connect vacuum pump and start vacuum.
CAUTION
!
Ensure that all solenoid and shut-off valves are opened.
(f)
Wait that pressure decrease reaching a medium vacuum value of 0.65mBar, 500 MICRON , 66Pa or 0.0094psi inside
cooling circuit.
CAUTION
!
Usually a good vacuum requires 8 hours.
(g)
Close vacuum pump valve.
(h)
After evacuating end, observe a waiting time of some hours to check vacuum pressure.
a. In case of pressure rising, start Leak Search Procedure 3.2.5.2
b. In case of constant pressure, start refrigerant Charge
