Adjustment procedure

Wire the VZ20X to the calibration equipment as shown in the figure below, and
sufficiently warm up each of the equipment. (Warm up the VZ20X for at least 40
minutes.)
For precautions in wiring, see "Chapter 4 Wiring."

Wiring 4-wire resistance temperature detector/4-wire resistance range

Check that the ambient temperature, humidity and other operating environment
conditions are within specification (23±2°C, 55±10% RH).
