Drive Chain Adjustment
Check the drive
tension monthly. To adjust drive
chain tension, proceed as follows:
Loosen the adjuster jam nut (A, Figure 24).

6. Repeat Step 3 and Step 4 and if alignment still not
correct, repeat Step and then Step 3 and Step 4 until the
track is aligned. Recheck track tension.
Clean the headlight and taillight
with a rag to en-
sure full light output for both assemblies. Replace dam-
aged lens assemblies as required.
Headlight and Taillight Operation Check
headlight and taillight must operate correctly for
the safe operation of the snowmobile. Start the engine and
make sure the headlight and taillight are on. Operate the
switch and check that the headlight beam moves
from low-beam to high-beam. Operate the brake
and
cheek that the brake light comes on. Replace damaged
bulbs as
