Direct recording and Bus recording
Instruments/mics connected to the AW16G can be
assigned to tracks in one of the following two ways.

Direct recording
With this method, input channels are assigned to
tracks in a one-to-one correspondence. This method
requires the same number of tracks as the number of
input channels you use. However, this method has
the advantage that you will be free to adjust the vol-
ume, pan (stereo position), and tone of each instru-
ment after it has been recorded.
