BELT DRIVE
2. Tighten:
• clutch shoe assembly nut

NOTE:

While holding the clutch shoe assembly with
the rotor holding tool

, tighten the clutch
shoe assembly nut with the locknut wrench
3
.
3. Install:
• clutch housing
1
• collar
• secondary sheave nut

NOTE:
While holding the clutch housing with the
sheave holder
3
, tighten the secondary
sheave nut.

4. Install:
• V-belt
• primary fixed sheave
• collar
• primary sheave nut
NOTE:
• Install the V-belt onto the primary sheave
1
(when the pulley is at its widest position) and
onto the secondary sheave assembly
2
(when the pulley is at its narrowest position),
and make sure the V-belt is tight.
• While holding the primary fixed sheave with
the rotor holding tool, tighten the primary
sheave nut.
