Create a library of company documents
Most companies that use computers have some type of local area
network with shared file servers.
In such environments, business documents can be stored on a
centralized file server and made accessible to all employees.
Each user who has Pagis Pro on their local machine can use
indexing and search tools to access shared company documents,
such as policy documents, employee manuals, business plans,
functional specifications, and so on.
Another idea is to regularly publish a CD-ROM that contains the
full library of company documents. The Pagis search index for
those documents can be placed on the CD-ROM, as well.
Users then can insert the CD-ROM into the drive, and use the
Pagis Index Manager to attach to the index and search for
documents.

Use the Search Tool to display a list of all documents in a search
index. To do this, execute a search without entering any search
string. The full list of documents will appear in the Search Tool
file view area.
