Specify a color rendering setting. These settings control

•
Click OK in the Graphics – Color dialog box when you are
done.

Now click OK in the Print Properties dialog box. You are now
ready to print the document to a XIF file.
4. Click OK in the Page Setup or Print Setup dialog box.
5. Pull down the File menu and click the Print command.
This immediately starts the Print to XIF process. The XIF file is
automatically created and given the name:
Pagis (
n
).xif
where n is a sequential number. With each successive XIF
document that you create, the number is incremented (n + 1).
The XIF file is created in the Pagis Inbox, and after printing is
complete, the Pagis Inbox is opened and the file is selected
automatically.
Downloading the Pagis Viewer
You may want to share scanned XIF documents with friends or
colleagues who do not have Pagis Pro on their personal
computers.
For just this purpose, ScanSoft, Inc. provides a Pagis Viewer,
which runs in Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows NT 4.0
only. The Pagis Viewer is a royalty-free program that you (or
others) can download from the Pagis Pro 2.0 website:
