Destination tab
Output settings
Allows you to choose to send a print job to the printer or to a file. If
Print to file
is selected, a
Print to File
dialog will be displayed
during printing. This dialog is a standard Windows dialog.
The icon to the left of the radio buttons changes according to the
current selection.
Output tray
Select the output destination tray for your print job. The options
available are
Output tray (Face down)
or
Rear tray (Face up)
with
default value set at
Output tray (Face down)
. The graphic on the
right will illustrate your choice by highlighting the current destination
selection.
• If you have selected 2-Sided printing options in the
Setup
tab, set
the output tray to Rear tray (Face up). If not, the driver will force
the setting to Rear (Face up) tray.
• If Legal 13 or Legal 14 sized job is set to Face-up tray, it will be
forced to output to Face-down tray by the driver, and a warning
dialog pops up.
