If you have difficulty printing
None of the control
panel lights are on, and
nothing appears in the
LCD.
The power switch has not
been turned on.

curely attached.

There is no power to the
electrical outlet itself.
Check and see if the
outlet is turned on.
The data light neither
blinks nor stays on
constantly (it stays off)
when a print job is sent
over the network or the
parallel connection, or
a copy job is sent from
a DocuColor 4 CP.
The interface cable is not
connected properly.
Make sure the network or
parallel cable connector is
properly attached.For

Either the printer driver
is not installed, or the
computer has not been
correctly set up.
Check the settings on
the host computer. For
