11 Spare parts
Spare parts or repairs may be ordered from local
specialist retailers or Wilo customer service.
To avoid queries and incorrect orders, all data from
the rating plate must be specified with every
order.

Float valve does not close
completely Valve twist guard no longer operates Fix the position using the 2 screws below the
valve inlet
Float ball no longer sits tightly on the
lever arm Check and fix accordingly; replace if
necessary
Adjustment of the lever arm is loose or
no longer corresponds to the prevailing
supply pressure Readjust and fasten
Close gasket in the valve Replace gasket
Level in the tank is not sufficient Adjustment of lever arm or float ball has
altered Readjust and fasten
Residual pressure is insufficient Check and correct any faults
Inlet pipe is installed incorrectly Check the inlet pipe and change the pipe
routing if necessary
Nominal diameter of the inlet pipe is too
small Check the inlet pipe and increase the cross-
section of the inlet pipe if necessary
Outlet passage is blocked or restricted Check and correct any faults
Dry-running protection switches
off although water is present
(fault only occurs in test
operation) Electrodes or water sensor signal is incor-
rectly connected or incorrectly adjusted Check the installation or setting and correct
it
Low-water signal transmitter is
defective Check and, if necessary, replace the
low-water signal transmitter
