PNEUMATIC MAST WITH REMOTE LOCKING SYSTEM

The HHRC (Figure 3-10):
• Allows the operator to control the Pneumatic Mast with Remote Locking System from a
distance (approximately 25 ft. from the control box).
• Connects to the control box
• Has green LEDS that illuminate to indicate when the control system has power and when the
base tube locks are unlocked

The power cable assembly (Figure 3-11) is used to connect customer power to the control box.

The sensor cable (Figure 3-12) is used to connect the reed switch on base tube air cylinders to
the control box.

3.3.3
Pneumatic System Options (Sold Separately)
The pneumatic system refers to a means of safely pressurizing and depressurizing the mast.
Components of the hardware bag (Section 3.3.1.1) are provided to connect the air supply (by
way of the control box) to the air inlet port. A CE rated pneumatic system shall be selected for
use in European Member States.
The air supply to operate the mast:
• May be provided by an air compressor or other source of clean, dry air
• Must supply 15 psi minimum for the locks
• Must supply 3 CFM minimum for the mast
• Should be regulated not to exceed the maximum operating pressure of 35 psi (241 kPa) for
the mast at any time
