0: It indicates the main PID controller is in automatic mode.
1: It indicates the main PID controller is in manual mode.
Bit 7 Sleep Mode
0 : The inverter is not in Sleep Mode.
1 : The inverter is operated in Sleep Mode.
Bit 8 External PID in Automatic / Manual
0:
It indicates the external PID controller is in automatic mode.
1: It indicates the external PID controller is in manual mode.
