Installing the ASM onto a Duplo 400T Trimmer

16. Adjust the height of the ASM by adjusting the feet until
the infeed is just inline, or just lower, than than the Duplo
Trimmer outfeed.
17. Connect the ASM to the docking plate on the Duplo Trim-
mer by inserting the 2 supplied thumbscrews.
18. Connect the ASM to the mains power.
19. Reconnect the Trimmer to the mains power supply and
check that the system functions correctly. This will prove
that the interface installation is correct.
20. Remove the Bypass Plug and then connect the Interface
Cable to the Interface Socket on the Duplo Trimmer (fit-
ted at step 8.above).
21. If the ASM is not used, the Bypass Plug MUST be fitted
to the Trimmer, or the Trimmer will not function.
22. The ASM will start when the Trimmer starts, and will
’Time-Out’ stop when the Trimmer stops.
23. If there is an error on the ASM, the Trimmer will display
an error message.
