2.4  Jammed Booklet RAP

Is the booklet 

jammed in the 

Clamp?

Clean the conveyor 

belts, ensure the 

booklet feeds in 

square and that it 

is folded as tightly 

as possible.

Is the booklet jammed 

before the Clamp?

Is the booklet thin, 

with only a few 

sheets?

Clean the conveyor 

belts, ensure the 

booklet feeds in 

square and it is not 

folded too tightly.

Refer to Clearing a 

Paper Jam proce-

dure (see 4.4).
