Verifying System Operation
This chapter explains how to run a gradient performance test to verify that
the system is operating properly. The sample you use to verify the system is
included in the system startup kit.
Before you begin this procedure, the system must be set up and configured as
described in the nanoACQUITY UPLC System Operator’s Guide.
Required materials
Make sure these materials are on hand before you begin the verification test:

acetonitrile (Waters recommends Fisher Scientific’s Optima

brand)

MS-grade formic acid
•
MassPREP™ Peptide Standard (system startup kit)
