9.2 Periodic Maintenance Schedule—Gas Burners

Check fuel level.

Clean the machine.

Inspect electrical components.

Inspect the blower motor and belt.
Replace the belt if necessary.

Inspect the heat exchangers.

Inspect and test the burner.
As needed or upon changing job sites;
see chapter Burner Setup .

Adjust the ionization probe and electrode.
Replace the electrode if necessary.

Check the burner orifice.

Check the air damper setting.

Check the gas pressure.
