Procedure

Perform the procedure below to change the burner orifice.

1. Shut down the machine and allow it to cool.

2. Remove the combustion head assembly

(a)

Removing the

Combustion Head Assembly

3. Unscrew the orifice

(b)

and remove it from the combustion head assembly.

4. Clean the existing orifice and re-install it or, install a new orifice.

5. Re-install the combustion head assembly.

6. Re-install the burner assembly cover.

Result

The procedure to change the orifice is now complete.
