Tips for a
long service life
To ensure a long service life, take note of the following
instructions
:
•
Do not expose the overlocker to direct sunlight, moisture or high levels
of humidity.
•
Clean and oil your overlocker at regular intervals. Perform these tasks
thoroughly and at least once a year
or more frequently if the device is in
frequent use.
•
Clean the overlocker using a dry or damp cloth only.
•
Never use benzine, thinners or other chemical agents for cleaning
the
overlocker
.
•
Do not subject the overlocker to strong vibrations.
•
The overlocker is not designed for commercial use.
•
Have the overlocker
inspected by a W6 workshop (this may result in
additional
costs).
•
Frequent sewers should send the overlocker in for an annual inspection
,
while an inspection every 2 to 4 years should be sufficient for normal
use.
