Using the threading aid
The overlocker is equipped with a needle threader,
to help you
thread
the eye of the needle
more
easily.
CAUTION
Risk of injury due to an unexpected start-up
The foot controller is on the floor. This can lead to the overlocker starting
unexpectedly if the foot controller is activated by, for example, a child, a
sufficiently heavy pet
, an object
or accidental contact.
►
Always unplug the
device from the mains
before threading
the thread.
Please follow the steps below:
1.
Turn the
‹hand wheel›
forwards (towards you), until the needles are in
the
top-most
position.
2.
Lower the presser foot completely by setting the
‹presser foot lifter›
in
the top-most position.
