10.3 2. GREEN thread path (threading the front
lower looper)
CAUTION
Risk of injury due to an unexpected start-up
The foot controller is on the floor. This can lead to the overlocker starting
unexpectedly if the foot controller is activated by, for example, a child, a
sufficiently heavy pet
an object
or accidental contact.

Always unplug the
device from the mains
before threading
the thread.
W6 Tip
Always keep strictly to the
prescribed
sequence when threading the four threads.
1. RED thread path
2. GREEN thread path
3. BLUE thread path
4. ORANGE thread path, in order to create the correct pattern.
The following illustration provides an overview of the thread path. The 2nd thread must pass
through

in sequence.
After that the green thread must pass
through threading position 7.
