Adjusting the upper knife
The upper knife is movable. It must be moved to the working position for
sewing and returned to the rest position after sewing.

Bringing the upper knife to the rest position
Please follow the steps below:
1.

2.
Using your left hand, press the upper knife holder to the right up to the
stop.
3.
While pressing the holder with your left hand, use your right hand to turn
the knob of the upper knife holder rearwards (away from you) until it locks
horizontally in the rest position.

The upper knife is in the rest position
Attention:
Never use this overlock without the upper knife function.
The fabric might collide the upper or lower looper and damage the machine.
