Turn the cutting width dial to the desired width.

Ideal cutting width
The ideal cutting width is achieved when the loops lie close to the edge of
the fabric, see illustration (A).
If the loops extend too far beyond the edge of the fabric, turn the
‹cutting
position dial ›
clockwise (to the right). The lower knife moves to the right,
see illustration (B).
If the loops are too close to
being
beyond the edge of the fabric, turn the
cutting position dial anti-clockwise (to the left). The lower knife moves to
the left, see illustration (C).
