In the Dialing window, check the options described in the table, then
click OK.
Dialing options
Option
Description
Dial Mode
Select the dial mode appropriate for your
system’s type of dialing interface.
Single Port Calls
Select Port A or Port B.
Two communications ports are on the back of
the PC. For calls that use high line rates, such as
384 Kbps or 768 Kbps, only one port is required.
Use this field to select which port you will use.
Calls that use 112 Kbps or 128 Kbps line rates
typically require both ports, in which case no
setting is required for this field.
