View Registered Users
Opens the list of active accounts. If a user has forgotten their
password you can recover it here. You can also manually add
accounts, remove accounts, or change account properties.
View PMS Database
View the Database of Guests from the PMS.
View Log
Shows the communication log between the Controller and the
PMS.

The format for PMS accounts in the database is:
User Name: <alpha_numeric_room>-<alpha_numeric_last_name>
Password : <alpha_numeric_last_name> from User name field above.
The alpha_numeric_last_name is CAPITAL letters.
Example: Joe Smith in room 1234
UserName: 1234-SMITH
Password: SMITH

Click on the Plan ID number to edit the properties of each plan.

Service Plans
Account properties are similar to the local authentication properties. See Security -
Authentication - Local Authentication for detailed settings. PMS created guest accounts are
always deleted on expiration. You can select Access Expiration - Guest Checkout to remove
accounts on checkout. Guests will be able to select any of the enabled service plans.
