Update Interval
This is the interval of updates to the DNS entry. The value typed
is calculated in terms of minutes. The Controller will send a
message to DynDNS.org at this interval with the current IP
address. In our experience, updating too frequently (less than
1440min) may generate complaints from DynDNS.org, so please
consult your terms of service from DynDNS.org when setting this
option.
