93 Troubleshooting
Fault Possible causes and rectification
Streaks are
forming.
It is possible that the cleaning agent has been overdosed.
• Repeat the cleaning process with a new cleaning cloth and clear
water.
It is possible that there are residual quantities of old care products
and cleaning agents on the floor.
• Repeat the cleaning process until it improves; a basic cleaning
might be required.
It is possible that the cleaning cloth is soiled excessively.
• Replace the cleaning cloth.
The moisture film does not dry evenly.
• Remove residual liquid quantities with a dry cleaning cloth in a
second cleaning step.
There are marks. The grip of the cleaning cloth is not fixed properly.
• Check how the grip of the cloth is fixed.
A dirt film remains
on the floor.
It is possible that the cleaning cloth is soiled excessively.
• Replace the cleaning cloth.
Stain removal is
insufficient.
It is possible that the cleaning cloth is soiled excessively.
• Replace the cleaning cloth.
The moisture film
is uneven.
It is possible that the cleaning cloth has been moistened unevenly.
• Repeat the cleaning process with a new cleaning cloth.
• When moistening the cleaning cloth, ensure an equal distribu-
tion of the liquid.
The floor is getting
too wet.
It is possible that the cleaning cloth was moistened excessively.
• Please observe the dosing instructions.
• If required, remove residual liquid quantities with a dry
cleaning cloth in a second cleaning step.
After cleaning, the
floor looks
tarnished.
It is possible that there are residual quantities of old, polished and
shining care products and cleaning agents on the floor.
• Repeat the cleaning process, and change the cloth if required
until it improves.
