15 Getting started
2.2 Power cord
ATTACHING THE POWER CORD
A yellow collar is included with your Kobold VK200 Upright Vacuum
Cleaner. Please follow the below instructions to attach the power cord
correctly.
Before using the Kobold VK200 Upright Vacuum Cleaner for the first time, attach
the power cord as follows:
1 . Push down on the clamping lever .
Pull the telescopic handle out slightly.
Push up on the clamping lever to secure the handle in place.
2 . Feed the power cord through the opening at the end of the telescopic handle
with the clip facing to the left.
Thread the power cord in slightly.
The cord will visibly run down the length of the handle to the base where it meets
the main body of the VK200 Upright Vacuum Cleaner.
3 . Secure the yellow collar above the power cord on the telescopic handle.
The arrow should be facing downward as per the diagram.
