Kobold PB440 Electric Upholstery Brush and 

Mattress Cleaning Set MP440/MR440

  Warning! Risk of electric shock!

•  Always switch the device off and before all retrofitting, cleaning and 

maintenance work and disconnect the mains plug from the socket.

•  Never clean the Kobold PB440 Electric Upholstery Brush or suction 

nozzle with water or damp cleaning agents.

KOBOLD PB440 ELECTRIC UPHOLSTERY BRUSH

• 

Press the release lever and pull the Electric Upholstery Brush from the electric 
suction hose by the grip handles  .

• 

Detach the suction nozzle by pulling it downwards. 

• 

Brush or wipe the device dry. 

• 

Check the suction nozzle every once in a while to ensure that no threads or 
hairs have coiled around the roller brushes.

• 

If so, remove the suction nozzle.

• 

Cut the threads or hairs with small scissors.

• 

When inserting the suction nozzle, place the tips of the nozzle into the intended 
openings first.

• 

Push the suction nozzle at the finger grooves   firmly against the device. 
Make sure that you can hear the suction nozzle engage.
