6. Getting Started
6.1
Turning on the Equipment
Do not place the patient close to the equipment when it’s being
turned on. Doing so may cause physical injury to the patient and
damage to the equipment.
Do not operate the PC while the equipment is in operation. Doing
so may cause an error in the equipment.
Extreme fluctuation of temperature may cause condensation inside
the equipment. Do not switch on the equipment until it has reached
normal room temperature.
Rebooting the equipment: After turning it off, wait for approx. 20
seconds before turning it on again.
Warm-up the equipment for at least 5 minutes before the operation.
For the best image quality, it is recommended to have a warm-up
phase for more than 30 minutes.
If the equipment has not been used for a long time, please let it have
enough time to be warmed up. It extends the life of the X-ray tube.
The imaging system mainly consists of the imaging equipment and the PC.
Before turning on the equipment, please confirm that the equipment and PC have been
installed correctly.

Turn on the PC.

Press the
Main Power Switch
that is located at the bottom of the Vertical Frame to turn on
the equipment.
Main Power Switch
isolates its circuits electrically from the supply
mains on all poles simultaneously.
3.
Make sure that the green LED light at the top of the equipment is on.
