4 letters arrangement. If it is less than 4 letters, the command should be
filled up
with “_”.

= only when commands come with a parameter, 4~5 letters arrangement.
If it
is less than 4 or 5 letters, the parameter should be filled up with “0”.
Ex) In case of 4 letters parameter- [SPM_XPST_0234]
In case of 5 letters parameter- [SPM_COAX_ 00100]
In the case of 4 letters parameter only with “0”- [SMP_STOP_0000]
