On the list of time zones, scroll until you find your time zone,
and then press your choice to highlight it. Then, press the
Confirmation Button to return to the General Setup Screen.

After finishing, press the Home Button on the General
Configuration Screen to return to the Main Menu Screen.

Press the Set Button. This must be done or your changes will not
take effect.
