P3.13 is the speed variation ramp when motor potentiometer reference is in-
creased or decreased.
P3.14 tells under which circumstances the potentiometers reference should
be reset and start over from 0 Hz.
0 = No Reset
1 = Reset if stopped
2 = Reset if powered down
P5.12 and P5.13 sets which digital inputs increase and decrease the motor po-
tentiometers reference.
