With the rocker switch in the
ON
position, test pins 1 and 2 of
the P15 connector of the FlexJet Prism Setup Fixture found in the
FlexJet Tool Kit. If the voltage is below 13 volts, replace the
batteries before continuing with the procedure. If the voltage is
13 volts or above, continue with the next step. See the diagram
to the left.

Use ESD precautionary measures when handling the PCA Flex Jet
Control and associated cabling.
c.
Disconnect the 15PL connector from the PCA Flex Jet Control.
d.
Connect 15PL to the P15 connector on the FlexJet Prism Setup
Fixture shown in the diagram above.
e.
With the movable camera mirror in the upper (at rest) position,
verify that the
MIRROR CLEAR
LED illuminates when the
rocker switch is pushed to the
ON
position.
f.
Disconnect 15PL from the test box and connect it to the PCA
Flex Jet Control.
3.
Continue with the next procedure.
Inspect the Mirror Spring Shaft
Use the following procedure to inspect the 2.6 OTH Camera Mirror Spring
shaft for wear that may affect performance.
Be careful not to release the movable mirror when it is in the upper
position, or the springs will abruptly pull the mirror to its rest position.
