3.6 Power Supply Wiring
Follow the precautions below when wiring base unit BUM7B for the T series migration
system. For wiring of type1 light controller or T3 series, refer to “Unified controller nv series
type1 light Controller Unit User’s Manual - Basic Hardware -” (6F8C1497) or “T3/T3H User’s
Manual - Hardware -” (UM-TS03***-J002).
Ground the device

Failure to do so may cause electric shock or fire

Turn off the power before wiring cables.
Failure to do so may cause electric shock or system
failure.
Use sheathed crimp-type terminals for wiring
modules.
Failure to do so may cause electric shock due to
exposed conductors.
Connect an external power supply suitable for the
rating.
Failure to do so may cause explosion or fire.
A qualified electrician shall be assigned to wiring
work.
Improper wiring may cause fire, electric shock or system
failure.

Important
• Be sure to make all of necessary wirings and connections.
Use sheathed crimp-type terminals for connecting cables.
• Check wirings and connections are correct and secured firmly on the terminal block
before closing the power supply terminal block cover.
Note
• Do not connect anything to the NC terminals.
The PS361 terminal block can be used on the BUM7B power supply terminal block
without changing wiring.
