EDITING
FUNCTIONS
9. ANNOTATION
This function allows you to print the date and time at either the top or bottom of the copy.
Example of annotation
Procedure
Select the annotation function in the
Editing menu.

Press the EDIT key to enter the Editing menu,
then press the ANNOTATION key.

If the corresponding key is not displayed,
switch the screen by pressing the Next or
Pre key.

Select where the date and time are to be
printed.

Select the print direction and position, then
press the SET key.
