Changes the Saturation Pressure setpoint to a given value.
Prerequisites
Requires Benchtop firmware revision 1.05 or greater.

value is the Saturation Pressure, in psia

system should control at.
Remarks
Control Mode Changed
Sending
PS=
setpoint
also changes the control mode to Saturation
Pressure (mode 3). In this mode, the %RH @Pc and %RH @PcTc
setpoints vary as system temperatures and chamber pressure change.
Data Returned
None. The only response is a carriage return/linefeed terminator.
Examples
The

command is used to set the Saturation Pressure to
121.44 psia.
