operating the Dionex AutoTrace 280:

4.1
Error Messages
The Dionex AutoTrace 280 can identify several potential operating problems. If
one of these problems occurs, an error message is displayed on the front panel
screen. The message remains until you press any button to clear it, or until it is
replaced by a newer error message.
This section lists the error messages and explains how to respond if an error
occurs. Most problems can be resolved by the user.
Elution Station Errors
Elution station cannot find home
Elution station motor stalled
Cause:
An obstruction is blocking movement of the elution station.
Action:
Find and remove the obstruction.
Cause:
Malfunction of the home sensor, motor drive, and/or electronics.
