Remove the Defective Syringe
1. Loosen the knurled knobs on both sides of the syringe clamp. Pivot the open
end of the syringe clamp out of the way (see
Figure 5-5. Syringe Clamp Knurled Knobs
2. Remove the black thumbscrew from the bottom of the syringe plunger.
3. Gently slide the syringe assembly out of the housing.
