Codes

Circuit Description

The K1 Run Relay, LED 6, and fuse F1 are located on the Interface Board. The wiring is located in the Interface
Harness via the 8H wire.

When the run relay is energized, 8 power is supplied to the 7K circuit. This alarm code indicates that 7K circuit
digital input is not present when the run relay should be energized.

How Alarm is Set

Run relay output does not match feedback circuit (7K).

The Run Relay fails the Pretrip Test.

How Alarm is Cleared

This alarm is cleared manually.

Considerations

Diagnostic Procedure

1.  Check fuse F1 on the Interface Board.

2.  Check to be sure the K1 Run Relay LED 6 is energized.

3.  Check to be sure the High Pressure Cutout Switch is closed (PHPC and HPCO-01 circuit).

4.  Check the voltage of the HPCO wire at the HPCO switch. Battery volts should be present when the unit is

turned on.
