OptiSet Global Features
The global features listed below affect all other
OptiSet ranges and settings. If any of these are
changed, all existing OptiSet programmable features
are returned to the default settings.

Temperature Units
Micro Rev

HMI Rev
All
Choices
Fahrenheit or Celsius
Factory Set
Fahrenheit
Exceptions
Description
Displays temperatures in either
degrees Fahrenheit or Celsius (Centigrade). Due to
scaling and rounding errors, the math used for
temperature conversion can result in range overlap,
so changing this feature will reset all OptiSet range
values to default.
Setpoint Low Limit
Micro Rev

HMI Rev
All
Choices
From -30°F (-36°C) to the setting of
Setpoint High Limit
Factory Set
-20°F (-29°C)
Exceptions
Description
This value allows the lower limit
setpoint to be set as low as -30°F (-36°C) or as high
as the value of Setpoint High Limit. If Setpoint Low
Limit = Setpoint High Limit only that single setpoint is
available. Changing this feature will reset all OptiSet
range values to default.
Setpoint temperatures less than -25°F (-32°C)
should only be used when absolutely required by the
load.
Setpoint High Limit

HMI Rev
All
Choices
From 90°F (32°C) to the setting of
Setpoint Low Limit
Factory Set
80°F (27°C)
Exceptions
Description
This feature allows the upper limit
setpoint to be set as high as 90°F (32°C) or as low
as the value of Setpoint Low Limit. If Setpoint High
Limit = Setpoint Low Limit only that single setpoint is
available. Changing this feature will reset all OptiSet
range values to default.
Fresh Frozen Range
Micro Rev
All
HMI Rev
All
Choices
24°F (-4°C) or 15°F (-9°C)
Factory Set
24°F (-4°C)
Exceptions
Description
One set of general control
specifications is used when operating in the Fresh
range, and another set of general operating
specifications is used when operating in the Frozen
range. This feature allows the line between Fresh
and Frozen ranges to be selected as either 15°F (-
9°C) or 24°F (-4°C). All setpoints less than or equal
to this value will be treated as frozen ranges. All
setpoints greater than this value will be treated as
Fresh ranges.
When programming OptiSet, no range may include
both Frozen and Fresh range setpoints. This value
is the high value of the last frozen range
programmed. The next range programmed will start
at this value + 1-degree depending on the selection
made above. Changing this feature will reset all
OptiSet range values to default.
