Sending a Message to a Range
of Extensions

To send a message to a range of extensions, complete the
following steps:

Lift the handset, and then press the

VOICE

MAIL

Feature button.

If prompted, dial your passcode.

Press

For example, to dial the range of extensions 100 to 125:

Dial the first extension in the range—

Dial the last extension in the range—

Follow the voice prompts to record your
message.
